How to obtain a Drivers Abstract in Alberta

3. If you are NOT in Alberta, and you do NOT know someone in Alberta, please:

  1. Fill out this form with your personal information.
  2. Check off Drivers Abstract (only choose CDA Commerical abstract if you are Class 1, 2 or 3)
  3. Send us everything by email to: mayerthorperegistries@gmail.com
  4. We will check the information and contact you for payment.
  5. We will send the government documentation on your behalf.
  6. We will mail you your abstract within a week!
